Right now at Portico Cafe & truly am feeling so bless as about to perform in so much of joy. As me & my family are here just being grateful to be bless in this shared space it is an honor to just simply grateful to exist honestly. So Yes! I would like to recommend many to come out unto the open mic night's when the event is taking place.

If you're a coffee lover, this place serves the kind of rich, full-bodied brew that dreams are made of.

I like how they give the homeless and others an opportunity at work and resetting life. There's a nice little coffee shop + occasional community events

They say this coffee shop is one with a mission and they mean it. 50% of their employees are the disadvantaged. The fine folks that run this new coffee shop not only employ people that need work most, they also pay them a living wage AND find them housing. If that didn't inspire you to visit them, I don't know what will. They truly are an amazing community partner...AND their coffee is pretty good too. This is now one of my go to places to work while I'm sipping coffee (there's plenty of outlets) or as a great place for a meeting.

I stopped by the Portico Cafe today and Barbara took my order. She recommended the Turkey Club and I was a bit skeptical but it was the best thing on the menu! She was so kind and professional, the atmosphere is always so nice. If you want a nice coffee and sandwich shop to get some work done with good food and great customer service, stop by the Portico!Dr. Damion Bolton
